New Lens Urban Mentoring Society cross-generational mentorship program that black males serving black boys who attend the Saint Paul Public Schools. We provide black males in the 8-12th grade with access to culturally congruent mentors, who engage their mentees through individual and group activities. New lens provides our youth with access to some of the Twin Cities brightest minds. In addition to providing our youth with high quality mentors, we utilize a multi-generational approach to mentoring providing our mentors with elder role models, networking opportunities, and elder wisdom.
